Paying / prices:

 

• Prices vary on how complex the character is.

• Payments must pay up front but negotiations are allowed

• Payment is through PayPal

Terms :

​

•  I retain all copyrights to my artwork that includes all rights to the commissioned artwork. So I am allowed to post this art on social media, prints for portfolios, projects such as Patreon, etc.

 

• Reposting is fine as long as you give credit to me

• I am allowed to refuse a commission if I want to

 

• Do not redistribute, reproduce, or otherwise use any parts of the image for personal profit (i.e. selling it in any

   form whether digitally or physically), unless it's created for commercial use (credited is needed still).

 

• I do not allow my art to be used for NFTS or media for AI generators.

 

• If you would not like me to post your commission, please state that and I will send you your commissions privately.

Process:

 

• I will send a process sketch if I'm asked, any problem in the artwork that you want to change needs to beasked at this stage. (via email)

​

• Redo's after the sketch process will be charged extra ($20 fee)

​

• A visual reference is required it is crucial to the art process

​

• Minor adjustments for artwork are allowed

​

 

 

Cancelling a commission:

-    If you cancel a commission I've already started working on, you will only get 50% of the payment refunded.

-    It can be that I need to cancel the commission due to personal reasons, you will get a full refund

-    If you cancel before I start working on the commission, you get a full refund.

-    Completed artwork will not be refund
